Participated as a panelist as part of the workshop “Connecting the Dots: on the topic Applying ICTD Skills in the Professional World” at the International Conference on Information & Communication Technologies and Development (ICTD’16). The aim of the workshop was to bring together diverse stakeholders for discussions about ICTD’s relationship to different professional contexts, with the aim of strengthening ties between students, academics, practitioners, and industry professionals interested in ICTD. The workshop consisted of a 90-minute session, starting with a roundtable discussion followed by twenty minutes of one-on-one consultation between attendees and panelists.
Other panelist along me were: Nithya Sambasivan (Google), Kevin Smith (Dimagi), and Tsuyoshi Kano (Japan International Cooperation Agency) and Benjamin Akinmoyeje (Management Science for Health).
